M7 World Championship Returns to Jakarta: Tickets, Carnival, and a $1M Prize Pool

Jakarta is rolling out the red carpet for the M7 World Championship (M7), and the city can hardly contain its excitement. Tickets for MOONTON Games' flagship international Mobile Legends: Bang Bang (MLBB) tournament will go on sale starting 2 November, with a 20% early bird discount available from 2 to 30 November. This marks the M Series' first return to Indonesia—the undisputed home ground of MLBB Esports—since the M4 in 2022. The world will once again descend upon Jakarta to crown its next international MLBB champion, and local fans are already counting down the days. The M7 Carnival, a three-day celebration running from 23 to 25 January, will transform the city into a buzzing hub of watch parties, live performances, exclusive meet-and-greets, and much more. Held at Stadion Madya GBK, the Carnival is designed to showcase Indonesia as the world's largest MLBB fan community. Tickets for the Carnival will also go live on 2 November at 12pm GMT+7. VIP Day passes are priced at IDR 50,000 (~USD 3.01), while Regular Day passes cost IDR 20,000 (~USD 1.21). VIP pass holders and the first 3,000 fans who purchase a Regular Day Pass each day will receive an exclusive M7 in-game reward. And here's a little something extra: this year, the Carnival debuts the M7 Talent Show, a stage for singing, dancing, cosplay, comedy, and acting. On the competitive side, the M7 Wild Card runs from 3 to 6 January, where eight teams split into two groups for a single round-robin, Best-of-Three (BO3) format. The top two from each group advance to Phase 2, facing off in BO5 series to determine the final two Main Stage teams. The Swiss Stage and Knockout Stage Round 1 will be held at the MPL Arena XO Hall, giving Indonesian fans a front-row seat to rally behind their heroes. From 10 to 17 January, 16 of the world's best MLBB teams will battle through a hybrid BO1-BO3 format, aiming for three wins to secure a spot in the final eight. Swiss Stage tickets are priced from IDR 50,000 to 90,000 (~USD 3.01 to 5.42), putting fans right in the heart of the action.

The final eight teams advancing to Knockout Stage Round 1 at the MPL Arena XO Hall will continue their journey through a double-elimination, BO3 format. Tickets are priced at IDR 90,000 (~USD 5.42) per match series. Then, the Knockout Stage Round 2 up until the M7 Grand Finals will take place at the Tennis Indoor Stadium Senayan, GBK, from 21 to 25 January. All matches will be BO5, except for the BO7 Grand Finals—a showdown to crown the new MLBB world champions. Fans can secure Mythic VIP, Mythic, Legend, or Epic tickets. Notably, tickets for 23 to 25 January also include free access to the M7 Carnival.

All Swiss Stage, Knockout Stage, and Grand Finals attendees will receive a guaranteed permanent item, including past M Series Skins, M3 to M5 PRIME skins, Battle Emotes, and Recall Effects.
